As an initiative rooted in Rotary International, HeartsForGood operates under established principles of ethical governance, transparent use of funds, and responsible engagement with communities and supporters.
The Foundation of Our Work
The guiding Rotary motto represents the heart of every action: service to others before self-interest, leading through compassion and ethical responsibility.
All Rotary-affiliated projects must be conducted with honesty, transparency, and responsibility. Every action should uphold ethical standards and public trust.
Donations and financial resources must be used solely for approved purposes. Clubs are required to maintain clear cost structures, documentation, and regular financial reporting.
Each club operates under Rotary’s global constitutional documents, including its Bylaws and the Code of Policies, ensuring consistent governance and accountability worldwide.
Any program involving minors must follow Rotary’s child and youth protection policies to ensure safety, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.
Membership and beneficiary data must not be used for commercial purposes or outside Rotary-approved communications. Privacy is protected at every level.
